Rice Lake's Industrial & Business Parks total 572 acres in size.

The South Park is located less than one mile from Highway 53. The Rice Lake Business Park is on Highways 53/48.

Highway 53 is a major four-lane highway which intersects Interstate 94 approximately 55 miles south in the City of Eau Claire. These parks are fully serviced with municipal sewer, water and electric utilities, storm sewer, curb and gutter, paved streets and street lighting.

The CedarSide Business Park is a 28 acre technology zone adjacent to the local Technical College with available sites overlooking the Red Cedar River. The Rice Lake Business Park is a new 215 acre industrial zone.

Credits for job creation and real estate improvements can reduce the price of Industrial land to a minimum of $8,000 per acres.

Several factors enhance the potential of Rice Lake's Industrial Park; including an improved tax climate, a state tax exemption on manufacturing machinery and equipment, and the City's efforts to assist new enterprises with special financing.
